He was measured and a voice of calm/reason when we needed that from him, but he was also supportive and a strong advocate when we needed him to be. Max demonstrated a creative problem-solving approach, offering suggestions and seeking input from others in his professional network when issues arose. He has also developed a good network of support partners (plumbers, closing agent, etc.) that were helpful and professional in addressing various needs related to the transaction. Max was instrumental in helping me sell my home while I was located abroad and was boots on the ground when I couldn’t be.
